Heft

Lift. Log. Look back.

The app

Heft is a gym log built around the thing you actually do between sets: tap a number, then get back to lifting. Weight and reps for every set, laid out so the next one is always one tap away, with your last session's numbers already filled in.

It keeps score quietly. Running volume per exercise, estimated one-rep max, and a marker on any set that beats what you have done before. The progress charts go back as far as your history does, so you can see a lift move over months rather than guessing.

Save a session as a reusable workout and load it on the next training day. Swipe between days, jump to any date, and pick an accent colour you can stand looking at.

Price

Free, and all of it. No ads, no subscription, no locked features, no upsell. There is a tip jar in Settings if you want to buy me a coffee — it unlocks nothing, because there is nothing left to unlock.

Your data

Your training history lives in a database on your phone and nowhere else. Heft has no account, no sign-in and no servers. It sends nothing anywhere — there is no analytics, no ad network and no crash reporter in the app at all.

You can export everything to CSV whenever you like and put the file wherever you want, and import a CSV back in — from Heft, or from a FitNotes export if you are switching across. Details are in the privacy policy.

iPhone

An iOS version is on the way.
